Have you seen anything recently that has stopped you in your tracks? In a good way?

I was in the kitchen the other day and I happened to look out the window and caught a glimpse of the sun. It was tucked between two houses and you could only see if from one spot in the kitchen. It was such a bright and beautiful orange that I couldn't help but stop everything and admire the view. I even called my husband over to take a look with me. It never ceases to amaze me at how fast the sun disappears out of sight this time of day. It is the most beautiful time but also feels very fleeting. Of course, it doesn’t mean the sun is gone. It’s just temporarily out of view.
I happened to see the sun that day but it makes me wonder what other good things I might be missing that are right in front of me. The good and perfect gifts from God that I don't capture because I am not paying attention...not looking for them. The kindness of a stranger, the smiles of a neighbor, the random text asking how you are doing... There are so many good things and scripture tells me that EVERY one of these is from God. I could be missing encouragement and hope through my lack of attention. If you are like me, you want to experience ALL of the goodness of God. Goodness that doesn't change or disappear even if it is momentarily out of eyesight. I don't want to miss any of it and don't want you to either!
Do you ever feel like the goodness of God is fleeting or hard to find?
EVERY good gift is from God. Does this change your perspective on the good things all around us?
Are you on the look out for the good gifts of God? In what ways can you acknowledge them?
Do you believe that God is omnipresent? If so, how does the knowledge that He is with you right here & right now give you hope to move forward?
Scripture
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. James 1:17
To him who made the great lights, for his steadfast love endures forever. Psalm 136:7
Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him! Psalm 34:8
